Introducing Enhanced Project Management and Automation in Wamly

We're excited to announce a significant update to Wamly, focused on streamlining your project management and automating key tasks in your recruitment workflow. This release introduces powerful new features and enhancements that give you greater control over project statuses, automate rater assignments, and improve overall efficiency.

New Features

Project Statuses

  • Configurable Statuses: Users can now select which statuses will be used on a project and rearrange their order.
  • Default Statuses: Organisation statuses can be configured to be included on projects by default.

Rater Assignment Automation

  • Automated Rater Assignment: Admins can configure an automation that automatically assigns raters when the candidate status is changed on a project.
  • Flexible Assignment Rules: The automation allows for assigning ALL, NONE, or specific raters to candidates based on status changes.

Other Features & Improvements

  • Monthly Spend/Usage Limits: System managers can set monthly spend/usage limits for background checks and psychometric assessments per department.
  • Candidate Status Deletion: System managers can delete candidate statuses that are not assigned to any candidates.
  • Project Duplication: Admins can duplicate projects from the project action menu.
  • Copy & Link with Status and Note: Users can assign statuses and notes to individual projects during copy & link operations.
  • Rater Assignment Flexibility: Users can assign any user in the organisation as a rater to a project, regardless of department.

Bug Fixes

  • Multi-Factor Authentication Deletion: Fixed an issue where deleting MFA caused an unintended page refresh.
  • Candidate Navigation Issue: The top navigation bar now displays correctly on the Candidate Experience rating page.
  • Candidate Reminder Links: Fixed candidate reminder emails to ensure unique invitation links.
  • Rater Screen Note Persistence: Switching between candidates no longer retains the previous candidate’s note.
  • Email Field Issue: Prevented automatic deletion of the last letters when pasting or typing an email in candidate fields.
  • Password-Protected File Handling: Automatically detect and prevent password protected file uploads.
  • Camera Issue on iOS: Resolved an issue where the camera would stop working after the hardware test on iOS devices.
  • Candidate Interview Submission: Fixed an issue where candidates could submit the same question twice, leading to incomplete interviews.
  • File Type Validation: Prevented invalid file issues during background checks with JPG uploads and ensured proper renaming to JPEG.
