How to Publish Your Projects to Wamly Jobs

How to Publish Your Projects to Wamly Jobs

We are thrilled to introduce Wamly Jobs, a dedicated job portal launching in early 2026 where candidates can apply directly for your roles. This feature is exclusive to all Wamly clients and is 100% free, regardless of your pricing plan.

By enabling this feature today, you are setting yourself up for success, giving you future access to over 60,000 monthly active job seekers. While we are finalizing the portal to ensure it has all the bells and whistles, you can start publishing your projects now so they automatically appear the moment we go live.

Access an Active Project

To begin preparing your pipeline for the new year, navigate to a project you intend to publish on Wamly Jobs in 2026 or create a new project entirely.  If you have an existing project you would like to publish on Wamly Jobs, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Edit Project.
  2. Click on the new Attract tab (located right next to Settings).

Info
Note: The "Careers Pages" configuration has moved to this tab.
  1. Toggle On: Switch on the toggle for Wamly Jobs. An editable role card will appear.
  2. Careers Page: If applicable to your pricing plan, you can also switch on the toggle here to publish the project to your own careers page.

Preview and Update

When you switch on Wamly Jobs, you will see the Role Card Preview. This displays exactly what your project will look like to candidates on the portal.

  1. Edit in Real-Time: This preview is an editable field. You can make changes directly on the card, and those changes will automatically pull through to your project settings. This is a user-friendly way to ensure your listing looks perfect.
  2. Update The Following Fields:
    1. Role Title: Add a specific title that will be shown to candidates.

    1. Select a Logo: Upload your company logo from the Asset Manager.

    1. Location: Select the Workplace Type (Hybrid, On Site, Remote) and specify where the role is based.

    1. Job Function: Add classification tags to help candidates find and understand the role. Choose from the dropdown list and select the relevant Industry, Job Function and Experience Level.

    1. Compensation: Add information regarding the salary range or compensation package. Choose from the Currency, Salary Type and Job Type from the dropdown list.

  1. Careers Pages: If you have the Careers Page enabled, all fields will auto fill from your project. The only required field you need to update is the short job summary which you can edit in the window.

Once you are satisfied with the look and feel, click Update to save your changes.

A Note on Project Settings

When you open the Settings tab, you will still see sections for Basic Info and Additional Info.

Because you have already updated these fields on the Attract tab (via the Role Card), they will be automatically updated here as well.

Warning
Important: These fields are linked to protect the integrity of your project data. Any changes made in Settings will update your Role Card, and vice versa.

You can use this section to double-check that the following fields are accurate:
  1. Role Title: Add a specific title that will be shown to candidates (this replaces the internal project name).
  2. Role Summary: Add a short, catchy summary that will appear on the role cards in the job feed.
  3. Role Overview: Add a detailed description and list of requirements.
  4. Location: Specify where the role is based.
  5. Compensation: Add information regarding the salary or compensation package.
  6. Classification: Add classification tags to help candidates find and understand the role.

Configure Landing Page and Video

Before leaving the Settings tab, ensure the final steps of the candidate journey are ready:
  1. Project Page: Select and edit the specific project landing page you want your candidates to land on to complete their application.
  2. Intro Video: Select the intro video that will be shown to candidates as the very first step of their application process.
Please remember that the projects you select today must be open projects for 2026.

The Wamly Jobs will officially go live in the new year. This current functionality is a pre-launch capability, designed to help you onboard and prepare. By setting this up now, you ensure you start the new year with a solid plan of action to fill your pipelines the moment the portal opens.
If you have any questions, please contact your account manager who is ready to unlock this value for you.
