Billing and Usage reporting allows you to:
- Understand your Subscription and easily identify what plan you are on.
- Track Balances; getting a clear view of your current usage and limits.
- Monitor activity; see daily, weekly or monthly usage statistics.
Account
The account menu will show the Package you are on as well as when your Subscription Usage will Reset. You are also able to request an upgrade straight from the Subscription Menu.
- The Monthly Subscription is broken down into:
- Total Number of Active Users.
- Total Number of Applications.
- Total Number of Active Projects.
- Total Number of Applications Viewed.
- The Balances are broken down into:
- Psychometric Tests.
- Background Checks.
- Usage Graphs can be filtered by Department, a selected date range or selected as a daily, weekly or monthly representation. This is broken down into the following:
- The Total Number of Applications received.
- Total Number of Active Projects.
- Total Number of Active Users.
- Total Number of Background Checks used.
- Total Number of Psychometric Assessments used.
Transaction History
The Transaction History tab acts as the primary ledger for all paid activities on the portal.
- Grouping: Expenses are grouped by Candidate Name for easy tracking.
- Entry Details: Each log entry displays the date, type of transaction (e.g., psychometric assessment or background check), and the specific user who triggered it.
- Detailed View: Expanding a transaction reveals the associated Project, Department, and Cost Centre.
- Audit Trail Logic: If a transaction appears without a candidate's name, it usually indicates that the candidate's application was deleted after the transaction occurred.
Subscription and Plan Restrictions
Feature availability is strictly tied to the organisation's chosen plan.
- External Job Boards: Access to publish on boards like Adzuna is reserved for the Professional and Enterprise plans.
- Essential Plan: Users on this plan will see blurred-out logos for restricted features and a "Request upgrade" prompt.
- Wamly Jobs: This portal is an exception, provided as a free job portal for all clients regardless of their subscription plan.
Account Status Impacts
If an organisation's subscription is Cancelled or Expired, the system behaves as follows:
- Access: Users can still log in but cannot perform actions like creating projects or viewing candidates.
- Automation: Active projects will still allow candidates to apply and receive reminder emails, but users will not be able to manage them until the account is active.
