Managing Branding

Managing Branding

This guide provides the steps necessary to review and modify your organization’s Branding within the Wamly platform.

Key Impacts of Using Branding

  1. Candidate-Centric Design: Built for teams who care deeply about the candidate journey.
  2. Custom Branding: Brand both the candidate experience and your internal user portal.

Logo Logic

  1. Primary Logo: This logo is used throughout the portal and on job listings.
  2. Initials Fallback: If a custom logo has not yet been uploaded, the system automatically generates a default logo using the initials of the organization name (e.g., "Global Tech" becomes "GT").
  3. Color Schemes: System Managers can define primary and secondary colors to align the portal's interface with corporate identity.

Application in Project Assets

Branding is not just internal; it dictates the look of all external assets created within the system:
  1. Landing Pages: The logos and colors set in the Branding tab are automatically pulled into Project Pages and Careers Pages.
  2. Job Board Listings: When publishing to Wamly Jobs, the branding settings determine the logo displayed on the role card.
InfoExternal Integration: For external boards like Adzuna, the "Wamly Jobs" logo is used by default. To use a custom company logo there, the organization must provide a specific 200px x 150px PNG file to their account manager to facilitate the link.

Accessing the Configuration Panel

  1. Begin by navigating through the system interface.
  2. To access your Branding settings, navigate to the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on My Organization to open the settings view.
  4. Ensure that the Branding tab is currently selected.
Notes
Note: Only System Managers have access to Branding settings.
