Managing Landing Pages

Managing Landing Pages

Wamly uses Landing Pages as branded, high-conversion entry points for candidates. They are split into two main types: Project Pages (for specific vacancies) and Careers Pages (aggregated job feeds).

Use Case

  1. The landing page is the first page the applying candidate will see. By creating a Landing page for your Project you can align what they see to your brand by being able to choose different colours, load logos and other images giving the candidates a consistent branded experience from their very first click.
  2. Automatic updates pull straight from your project setup details. These include Key role information such as title, overview, requirements, location and compensation now flows directly from your Projects Settings, thus keeping pages accurate without extra editing.
  3. A smoother, more professional start to applications: The refreshed design is clean, responsive on all devices and makes it easy for candidates to get the information they need to start their application confidently.

Types of Landing Pages

  1. Project Pages: Every single project automatically has a Project Page, although users can choose whether or not to populate it with specific role data.
    1. Custom Layouts: During project setup (SETTINGS tab), users can choose a specific landing page layout and modify its design for that project.
    2. Candidate Entry: Even manually invited candidates see the project page and must click "Apply Now" to begin their journey.
    3. Optional Data: Users can choose whether or not to populate the page with full role data, and can provide an optional contact email for that specific page.
  2. Careers Pages: These list all available vacancies for an organisation.
    1. Roles are sorted by the project's creation date (newest first) by default, but candidates can also sort by "most recent," which uses the project start date.
    2. To move a role to the top, an organisation can simply update the project's start date to the current day.

Access and Permissions

  1. Management: Only System Managers and Administrators have access to the TEMPLATES section to create or manage landing page templates.
  2. Branding: Only System Managers can update branding information (which affects these pages) under the MY ORGANISATION tab such as colors and the logo used.

Integration

  1. Syncing: Landing pages are designed to sync instantly with every project a user creates.
  2. Templates: Both Project Pages and Careers Pages are designed using 'Landing Pages' templates to ensure consistency.
  3. Project Setup: During the "SETTINGS" step of project creation, users can choose a landing page layout and even change the design for that specific project.
  4. Auto-fill: If a Careers Page is enabled, all relevant fields will automatically fill from the project data.
