Managing Organization Details

This guide provides the steps necessary to review and modify your organization's core profile details within the platform. Maintaining accurate and current information is critical for seamless candidate communication and professional branding.

Accessing the Configuration Panel

  1. To access your organization's details, navigate to the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on My Organization to open the settings view.
  3. Ensure that the Details tab is currently selected.

Updating Critical General Information and Address Fields

  1. Review the displayed information, which was provided during the initial sign-up process.
  2. Correct and update the Organization details as required on the below fields:
    1. Organisation Name field. (This is the name that will be prominently displayed to candidates when they are taking their interviews).
    2. Registered Name.
    3. Phone Number.
    4. Email Address for Invoicing.
    5. VAT Number.
    6. Address Details (Physical Address).
    7. Postal Address Details (You can select Same as physical address if this is applicable).
Notes
To save changes click on the “Update details” action button at the top right of the screen.
