System Managers can now choose which login methods are available to the organisation. These include:
Users can also manage their own login details by navigating to their profile and clicking on the new security tab. Here they can:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
SSO allows your team to access Wamly using your company's existing identity provider (like Microsoft or Google Workspace). Once an organisation has enabled SSO, their team's login experience will change. The login page automatically shows only the methods the organisation allows, see the below image a s reference.
The setup process involves two main parts: setting your unique Organisation domain name and then configuring the SSO connection. Please refer to the
how-to-guide for more information.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
MFA can now be set as required when using a username and password and are only enforced if an organisation requires them.
Audit Log for Security Settings
System Managers can now view a full history of security-related changes, including who made what changes at what time and date.
Integration API for Candidate Documents
A new secure API allows integration partners to fetch candidate documents such as CVs, background check results, psychometric reports
Other Improvements
Login & Session Handling
We’ve made the system smoother with improved handling when logging out, when you have no active roles, or when using an invalid login method. We also added clearer error messages for failed external logins and if you’re deactivated in one organisation, you’ll automatically be redirected to another active one (if you belong to more than one).
User Experience
We’ve introduced clearer wording for degree options in background checks, made the “Stage & Notes’’ section available on mobile when rating candidates, and improved PDF generation for candidate reports to ensure better, more reliable downloads.
Email & Notifications
Wamly emails now follow best-practice standards to avoid spam filters, with added plain-text versions, improved formatting, and better performance and visibility when sending bulk emails.
