Say Hello to Wamlyjobs
We’re excited to introduce Wamlyjobs, our very own jobs portal! While our software has always made hiring seamless, we’re now bringing top talent straight to your pipeline at no extra cost.
The Wamlyjobs home page provides a global search tool and organizes listings into several curated sections, including Featured Jobs and Jobs near you, to simplify navigation.
Candidates can browse, apply, and complete their skills tests and video interviews all within the Wamly ecosystem (see the image below). That means you get to wake up to a pipeline full of ready-to-rate candidates without lifting a finger.

Introducing New Stage Categories
Unlock deeper insights and seamless HRIS integrations with our new organisational-level stage mapping.
We’re excited to introduce Stage Categories, a powerful new way to bridge the gap between your unique project workflows and high-level organisational data.
Your stage names can be as unique as your hiring process, but your data stays rock-solid. Whether it’s a 'Final Panel' or a 'Portfolio Review,' Wamly maps every step to a universal category, keeping your reporting clean and consistent.

Creating a New Stage
Creating a new stage within a project follows the same logic. To begin, navigate to Stages within your project setup and click Add. Enter your custom stage name, select the most relevant Stage Category from the dropdown, and click Add. Finally, ensure you click Update to save your changes.

What does this mean for existing stages?
- You can still fully customise your stages: add, remove, rename, or reorder them for every project.
- If you change a stage’s category, all candidates in that stage will update to the new category automatically.
