New Features

Candidate Status Improvements
System managers can now configure statuses with the following properties:
Rater can assign: Allows raters to assign the status to candidates if it is enabled on a project.
Note required: Require a note to be added when assigning the status.
Administrators can then allow raters to change candidate statuses on a project. This will give raters the ability to assign statuses to candidates that have been marked with the "Rater can assign" property.
Candidate actions
Admins and System Managers can now perform the following actions directly from the rating screen:
Change the candidate status
Change the candidate ATS status
Email the candidate
Reset the candidate's interview
Resend the candidate invite
Bug Fixes
Additionally, we've squashed a few bugs:
Fixed an issue where deleting MFA methods during registration did not work.
Fixed an issue where creating a new form did not work in some cases.
Fixed an issue where all raters could be removed from a project.
Fixed the error message that was shown when trying to activate a project without a form.
