Product Update - Careers Pages, Candidate Experience and Project Settings (13 August 2025)

We have rolled out something really exciting in Wamly, the launch of our new Careers and Project pages.

These updates give you more control over your Project pages, making the candidate journey smoother, and helping you keep everything perfectly on brand.

Whether you are hiring for one role or twenty, these updates make it easier to create a professional, engaging experience from the very first click.

An Updated Start for Candidates
The Project landing page, the first page candidates see when applying, has been given a new, responsive redesign.

What is new:
  • A layout that matches your brand: The updated landing page uses your chosen colours, logos, and imagery, giving candidates a consistent branded experience from the very first click.

  • Automatic updates pulled straight from your project details: Key role information such as title, overview, requirements, location, and compensation now flows directly from your Project Settings, keeping pages accurate without extra editing.

  • A smoother, more professional start to applications: The refreshed design is clean, responsive on all devices, and makes it easy for candidates to get the information they need and start their application confidently.

Why you will like it:
It sets the right tone from the very first click and helps you attract the right candidates.

Public Careers Pages

You can now publish a main Careers page listing all your open roles. Candidates can filter and search for jobs, and each role is displayed as an interactive card showing key details at a glance.

Why you will like it:
It is an easy, polished way to showcase all your opportunities in one place.

Powerful Page Editing Tools

With our new editor tool, you can design Careers and Project pages in Wamly exactly how you want them. Everything you need to build and customise your Careers pages and Project pages is now in one place, making it simple to create a polished, on-brand experience.

You can:
  • Build pages from scratch or with pre-built templates and quick-start blocks

  • Drag and drop sections like titles, role overviews, and information blocks

  • Use your brand’s colours, images, and layouts

  • Store and reuse images and files in a central asset library

  • Create and save templates for faster project setup

  • Automatically pull in role descriptions, requirements, location, and salary

Why you will like it:
You can design visually appealing, fully branded pages without needing a developer and reuse your work to save time.

A Fresh Look for Project Settings

Project Settings has been redesigned to give you more control and flexibility, especially when working with our new Careers and Project pages.

You can now:
  • See exactly what is required upfront: fields marked with an asterisk (*) under Basic Info must be completed to create a project.

  • Control what candidates see: under Additional Info, toggle sections like Careers pages, Role Title, Role Overview, Location, Compensation, and Classification on or off depending on what you want to publish.

  • Easily connect to Careers pages: choose which pages a role will appear on and manage the primary page slug for invite links.

  • Customise role details : add summaries, detailed descriptions, requirements, salary ranges, job types, and more, all from one place.

  • Fine-tune the candidate experience: configure landing pages, add intro videos, and set contact info for queries.

Why you will love it:
Everything is now in one clean, structured layout, so you can set up roles faster and decide exactly how much information candidates see without hunting through multiple menus.

Other Improvements You Will Notice

  • Improved Candidate Application Flow: Faster start with a simple pop-up for initial details and OTP verification

  • UTM Source Tracking: Capture UTM parameters from job links to measure channel performance

  • Webhook Enhancements: The “Edit Project” webhook now triggers when a project is activated or its status changes
