Rating Screen Enhancements

  • Question Layout Redesign:
    • The rating screen video question selection and rating process has been redesigned to follow a more natural and streamlined flow.
    • Collaborative Chat: The collaborative chat feature has been relocated to an accordion within the right panel, making it easier for raters to access and interact with the chat without disrupting their workflow.
  • View Other Rater Ratings:
    • New functionality allows raters to see the ratings and comments of other raters based on the project’s configuration. This feature is designed to enhance collaboration and transparency among raters.

Project Configuration Improvements

  • Enhanced Rater Configuration Options: 
    • The rater configuration on a project has been redesigned to improve clarity and usability.
    • Projects can now be configured to display other raters' ratings in one of four ways:
      • Never show: Raters cannot see others' ratings.
      • Show after submitting question rating: Raters can see others' ratings only after submitting their ratings for a specific question.
      • Show after submitting overall rating: Raters can see others' ratings only after submitting their overall ratings for the candidate.
      • Always show: Raters can see others' ratings at all times.

Project Overview Enhancements

  • Candidate Table Enhancements:
    • The columns in the candidate table have been rearranged for a more logical flow of information.
    • A new 'Form' column has been added to indicate whether the candidate has submitted their form.
    • The individual rater ratings column has been removed from the table and is now displayed as a hover effect on the average candidate rating icon.
  • Candidate Deletion:
    • Added functionality allowing users to delete candidates from a project directly from the project overview page.

Bug Fixes

  • Intro video now shows success messages for delete and edit actions.
  • Success banner after deleting draft projects is now closable.
  • Fixed duplicate forms caused by multiple submissions.
  • Resolved issues with incomplete branding resets.
  • Removed the ability to add duplicate status variables.
  • Corrected inconsistent display of multi-word statuses.
  • Ensured organization selection on login to prevent data rendering issues.
  • Address field in candidate profile now auto-completes correctly.
  • Deactivated users no longer see an empty dashboard.
  • Fixed auto-selection bug in the 'Rate can assign' checkbox for new statuses.
  • Blank page no longer appears after updating candidate status.
  • Improved project details sorting in non-English languages.
  • Resolved errors from disabling psychometric assessments at the organization level.
  • Fixed column shift on interview guide page caused by checkbox overlap.
  • Send button for psychometric assessments now properly disables when necessary.
  • Webhook now fires correctly on projects with psychometric assessments.
  • Fixed an issue where the some raters were not getting “Remind Raters“ emails.
