Product Update: Psychometric Assessment Enhancements & Other Improvements (7 October 2025)
We're excited to announce another update focused on enhancing the psychometric assessment modules, along with a range of other improvements and bug fixes across the platform. These changes are designed to streamline your workflow, provide deeper insights, and improve the overall user experience.
Psychometric Enhancements
- Bulk Assessment Management: To help you save time managing psychometric checks at scale, you can now perform bulk actions on psychometric assessments. This includes re-evaluating results when assessment configurations change and sending assessment reminders to multiple candidates at once.
- Cancel Pending Assessments: You now have the flexibility to cancel pending psychometric assessments for candidates. This action allows you to reclaim the associated credits for future use.
- Sales & Management Potential Indices (SPI & MPI): The Sales Potential Index (SPI) and Management Potential Index (MPI) can now be enabled on projects. This provides deeper insights into a candidate's potential in these key areas, helping you make more informed decisions.
- Social Desirability Reporting: Candidates’ social desirability score is now displayed alongside the Behavioural Competence Scores. This enhancement helps users more accurately interpret candidates’ psychometric results by indicating the extent to which responses may have been presented in an overly positive light. To support correct interpretation, visibility of this score is controlled by a dedicated user permission.
Other Psychometric Improvements
- Assessment Error Handling: A "Retry" button will now appear for any assessment that encounters an error, allowing you to easily re-initiate the process.
- Expired Assessment Re-check: You can now manually re-check psychometric assessments that have passed their deadline.
Other Features & Improvements
- Drag-and-Drop Stage Note Handling: When moving candidates between stages via drag-and-drop, you will now be prompted to retain, discard, or add a note based on the stage requirements. This ensures no important context is lost during the hiring process.
- Multi-Project Filtering: On the "All Applications" page, users can now select and filter by multiple projects simultaneously, making it easier to manage candidates across different roles.
- In the Manage Tags window, you can now choose to either replace all existing tags on the selected candidates with the new tag or add the new tag to their current list of tags.
General Improvements
- Password-Protected Background Check Reports: You can now input a password directly within Wamly to view password-protected background check reports from MIE.
- Expanded Background Checks: "Fit and Proper" and "PEP (World)" checks are now available through our Dots integration.
- International Phone Number Input: A country code selector has been added to all candidate phone number fields for better international support.
- Action Menu Layout: We've improved the layout and styling of the single and bulk candidate action menus for a cleaner experience.
- "Assigned Rater" Filter: The "Assigned Rater" filter on the "All Applications" page has been improved for better performance.
