Wamly provides two main reporting categories: Organisation Reports (for cross-portal oversight) and Project Reports (for specific vacancy data).

There are two types of reports available on Projects:

• Full Project Report: A comprehensive export containing all candidate data and system information for that project.
• Psychometric Merit List Only: This specialised report ranks candidates by their overall "job fit" score (highest to lowest). It is only available if psychometrics are active and includes detailed sections on profiled behavioural competencies, cognitive abilities, and learning agility.

Access and Visibility

Permissions: Viewing and generating reports requires the relevant reporting permissions, granted through a user's roles. Users without those permissions won't see the Reports option.

Departmental Silos: Users can only see and generate reports for the projects and users within the departments their roles are scoped to, at a Department role level.

Rater Restrictions: A user with only a Rater role doesn't have report permissions, so when they open a project they're taken straight to the rater screen for candidate evaluation. Report access can be granted through additional permissions if required.

Accessing and Generating Reports

Full Project Report

• To access a Project's reports, click on the related project, then click on the ⋮ button on the top right and click on "Reports".

• You are able to download previously generated reports or Generate New Reports.

• Upon Generating a new report you are able to select if you want to be notified when the report is ready as well as include the report in the notification email.

• This report will contain full, comprehensive data for your project, including:
  • Candidate Details.
  • Candidate Status.
  • Application Overview.
  • Application Form Data.
  • Application Raters and their overall comments.
  • Average Ratings given.
  • Question answer ratings and comments.
  • If enabled on the Project, Background Check results will be available.
  • If enabled on the Project, Psychometric Assessment results will be available.
    

Psychometric Merit List Only Report

• To access a Project's reports, click on the related project, then click on the ⋮ button on the top right and click on "Reports".

• You are able to download Previously generated reports or Generate New Reports.

• Upon Generating a new report you are able to select if you want to be notified when the report is ready as well as include the report in the notification email.

• This report will contain full, comprehensive data for your project, including:
  • Overall Scores.
  • Social Desirability Scores.
  • Selected Competency Scores.
  • Other Competency Scores.
  • Motivator Scores.
  • Learning Agility Scores.
  • Cognitive Sub-Scale Scores.
