This might be caused by you keep refreshing the web page by pressing the back arrow key on your phone, instead please minimise the screen and toggle back between your email inbox and your web browser when requesting your OTP.
Please follow these steps:
1. Enter your email address (On the first landing page)
2. Wait to be directed to the page that requests the OTP
3. Don't close this page
4. Wait for new OTP to be sent to your email inbox
5. When you receive a new OTP go back to the page on Step 3
6. Enter your OTP(you should NOT be required to enter your email again)
NB* If your phone can’t minimize you can either use a desktop computer or a second device, log into your inbox, request a new OTP on your phone and retrieve it from the second device and enter it.
