How to request your OTP

Clients have multiple methods for requesting an OTP, either via email or SMS. The OTP is 6 digits. If you request an OTP using your mobile number, ensure you have cellular connectivity and then wait for the SMS to be received before entering the code provided.

If you request an OTP via email, ensure you have access to the address you are using. Wait for two minutes, and you should receive the OTP in your inbox. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.
