Interview Link Sharing
Every active project has an application link. Anyone with the link can apply to the project, so you can share it on social media or send it straight to candidates. This guide shows where to find it.
The link is only created once the project is activated. Draft projects don't have one yet.

Share the Link From a Project
Step 1: Open the Share Window
Open the project and click Share Link at the top of the page. The Share Application Link window opens.
Step 2: Share or Copy the Link
- To post it on social media, click Facebook, LinkedIn, X or WhatsApp.
- To send it yourself, find Copy Application Link and click Copy. Paste the link into your email, message or advert.
When you activate a project, the Project Activated window shows the same sharing options, so you can share the link straight away.
Copy the Link From the Projects List
On the Projects page, click the link icon at the end of a project's row. The link is copied to your clipboard and you'll see Link copied.
Other Ways Candidates Get the Link
- Candidates you add to the project receive the link in their invitation email.
- If the project is published to your careers pages, the slug of your primary careers page is used in candidate invite links. See How to Publish Your Projects to Wamlyjobs.
