This partnership gives you seamless access to their world-class screening solutions right inside your Wamly hiring system.

This means you can manage all essential checks in one place, helping you hire better people faster and make every hire a safe, smart choice.


Ready to get started? 

Follow these steps to activate MIE background checks in your Wamly account:
  1. Contact Your Account Manager: Reach out to your dedicated Wamly account manager to begin the integration process.
  2. Learn more about your MIE API Key: You will need to set up an API key within your MIE account. Your account manager will assist you. Read more here.
  3. Review New Consent Requirements: Please note that a recent MIE update requires a new, specific consent form from candidates before running a check. It is essential to understand this new requirement. Learn more here.
But that’s not all. We’ve also rolled out a few other features and improvements to make your hiring even smoother.

New features to take note of:
  1. Expanded Professional Reference Checks: You can now run specialised checks like Fit & Proper and World Compliance to ensure candidates meet industry-specific integrity standards.
  2. More Qualification Checks: We’ve expanded our verification capabilities to include more qualifications, such as SETA, TVET, and Trade Certificates.

Other improvements:
  1. Clearer Error Messaging: If a background check request fails, you’ll now get a clearer, more helpful message explaining the issue.
  2. Simplified Qualification Checks: We’ve made the user interface for qualification checks even more friendly and intuitive.
  3. Flexible Application Rating: Raters can now score and collaborate on applications even if the candidate hasn’t submitted a video interview, giving your team more flexibility in the early screening stages.
