The Dashboard is where users are always directed to when accessing their Wamly Portal. This view is based on user permissions and gives a comprehensive analytical view of the following in two sections:
Analytics Section
Raters: A rater will only see three boxes in for the analytics: ‘Total Projects’, ‘Total Candidates’ and ‘Total Applications’. These show the total number of created projects to which the rater is assigned, applied candidates to which the rater is assigned, and candidates who have completed their entire application to which the rater is assigned.
System Managers & Administrators: The analytics for System Managers and Administrators include ‘User Analytics’ (how many users are active on the portal), ‘Projects Analytics’ (how many projects are active on the portal) and ‘Candidate Analytics’ (how many candidates have completed their entire application), which are all displayed above the Total Projects’, ‘Total Candidates’ and ‘Total Applications’. These are shown in large navy blue numbers as well, and underneath them an indication of how many users are allowed, how many projects have been created, and how many candidates have been added, respectively, in light grey. The numbers the administrator sees are limited to the user permissions. If an Administrator only has access to three departments, the analytics will be shown for those departments only.
Data Specifics: The total project count includes Archived projects, but the candidate count excludes candidates in archived projects.
Task List Section
Candidate Rating: The task list will populate based on the candidates assigned to the user that is currently logged in. If there is at least one candidate assigned to them, the heading in the task list is “You have # candidates to rate” (# representing the number of candidates), and a button next to it that says “Rate all”. Below this, they see a list of all projects with candidates for them to rate, the number of candidates, and the end date of the project. For example, I might see two project names in this task list, with “# candidate(s) for you to rate” indicated below the names and a date to the right of the name. If the user clicks on “Rate All”, they are taken to the ‘All Applications’ tab, which shows the rater screen and their candidates that they haven’t rated on the left. If they click on one of the projects, it takes them to the same view, but filtered for candidates in that project.
Navigation & Settings Access
The Left Pane provides access to several essential system actions, though visibility depends on the role:
Role Switching: If a user belongs to multiple organisations, they can use the Switch Org feature, provided their user profile is active on that organisation's portal. All users can access their profile, view notifications, get help and logout (Top right of the screen).
Projects
All visible projects can be viewed here and depending on the user permissions this is where projects are created. Below the Project heading, users see a list of projects with candidates to rate, including the candidate count and the project's end date.
